The aromatic balance of this cuvée comes first of all from the 50/50 blend between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also by the passage in barrels of several wines.
The array of aromas is quiet light both really intense, easy to drink, dominated by coriander, vanilla and the delicate wooded bring by a medium heating of the oak barrel.
